- Telephone line always engaged first thing so have no chance of getting a same day appointment. - More appointments saved for full time workers -Re consider times for those who work full time. perhaps additional appointments between 8-9am and after 5pm would help lots of people.

Friendly and reassuring doctors/midwives & nurses. Easy to book an appointment using the online system. Easy to check in using the computerised check in. Clean & peaceful waiting room. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this doctors surgery. I wish I had joined years ago!

So far so good. Though thought could improve care by offering women a modesty gown when doing personal exams instead of being naked and worried someone will just randomly walk in. Think this is standard practice but wasn't offered on the day I went I guess.
